Anton Martin – Founding partner of BloomingContracts.com, Anton’s industry expertise is with customers and suppliers in the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical, Information Management, Develop and Construction and Public and Non-Governmental organisation sectors.

He has over 30 years’ experience leading and partnering in Commercial, Finance, Information, Knowledge, Strategie & Planning functions, and value improvement initiatives in decision-making processes. This includes making the case of change, manage the change and/or transformation project or program, as well as embedding and continuously improve.
Since 2002, he has trained, mentored, and coached over the 1,460 senior managers from a strategic leadership development program in commercial, oil trading businesses, power production, shipbuilding, oil manufacturing, petrochemical supply and trading, information technology, public organisations and professional services. These projects & programs successfully were underpinned and sustained the organizational innovations and knowledge management, transfer and keeps it sticked successfully. He has the delivery experience to provide coaching, training projects and programs in a blended, face to face and virtual set up.
He has Knowledge Management expertise in the area of Business Case development, Assessment and Strategy Development, on KM System proposal development, Implementation, Embed and embedding and sustain by through training, coaching, workshop and performance management. Implementation methodologies based on Waterfall or Agile Manifesto.

He provides coaching for executive in understanding practical implementation of knowledge management. In a world of process management potentially gone too complex, Anton has a unique ability to make it real and to make it practical for individuals and companies.
Prior to Bloomingcontracts.com , Anton’s business career included senior global roles at Shell, leading as Head Commercial & Contract Management of Shell’s Downstream businesses. His earlier career involved Finance, Information & Project Management roles in Manufacturing, Supply, Distribution, Commercial and Trading of Oil Products and Petrochemicals.

Johan Jager

Johan Jager – partner of BloomingContracts.com B.V., and founding owner of Duinweg Advies, a best in class business development & project management consultancy boutique, which is covering development projects and commercial projects, such as mergers and acquisitions.

Johan’s industry expertise is with Project Management, M&A and Engineering in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.

Prior to BloomingContracts.com and Duinweg Advies, Johan’s business career included senior roles in M&A and Exploration & Production of Shell Upstream. Technology development in TNO, a leading technology institution in The Netherlands and in consultancy, as the managing director of XODUS Netherlands B.V. An international E&P consultancy focusing on Field Development Planning and Reserve Audits, as well as commercial due diligence.

He has over 25 years’ experience leading Technical Management, Merger & Acquisition and Project Management, and delivered significant value by realizing opportunities with his teams in decision-making for Shell Upstream.


Bas Kloppenborg

Bas Kloppenborg  – Partner of Bloomingcontracts.com and founding partner of shpKlop BV, Bas’ industry expertise is with large customers and suppliers in the Oil & Gas, Banking, Telecoms and Technology sector. Since his departure with Royal Dutch Shell (RDS) in 2010 he has also become active for the local public sector in the Netherlands (Energy transition, social innovation a.o.)

He has almost 30 years’ experience leading and partnering in Technical, Commercial and Operational functions, mostly corporate transformation: change management, leadership development, strategy formulation and business improvement. For 22 years he performed these roles within RDS in multiple countries, in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Since Knowledge Management is an integral part of the RDS organization in multiple occasions he worked with his later KMA colleague Peter Kemper, well known as Mr. Shell Wiki.

www.shpklop.com was founded in the summer of 2010, after his departure from Shell Nigeria. It focuses on facilitation of change and coaching teams and individuals in organizations (Dialogue, Development and Delivery). Solid business management skills are uniquely mixed with innovative engagement skills based on action learning, authentic feedback and emergent change implementation practices. Experiences include personal and team leadership programs, facilitation of staff engagement events, strategy implementation, building sustainable organizational capability (Organizational Effectiveness) and last but not least government and business relations’ management.

Bas is a creative and skillful networker at all levels both inside and outside of the organization. Operates thoughtfully, being a resourceful integrator. Accredited facilitator and for various leadership programs and strong implementer of (corporate) change initiatives.  Professional imaginative designer and enabler of many fit for purpose business interventions involving leadership development, business improvement and/or strategic thinking with experience at both operational and board level. Authentic leadership style with an eye for intrinsic motivation and professional passion.

His specific KM expertise is grounded in the area of organizational capability building for well and reservoir management, After Action Reviews of large Infrastructural projects a.o. and strategic dialogues.


Peter Kemper

Peter Kemper – Partner of Bloomingcontracts.com, founding partner of Kemper, Knowledge management  Information and Data solutions (KKID). Peter’s industry expertise is with large customers and suppliers in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical sector and shipping.

He has over 40 years’ experience leading and partnering Information technology, Information and Innovation management, of which 36years in Royal Dutch Shell (RDS).

Peter Kemper is a very experienced Information Management and Information Technology consultant with wide experience in many sub disciplines including Knowledge Management, Process and Change management. He lead innovations incl. Virtual Worlds, Gaming & Simulation, Enterprise Wikipedia’s, vector based similarity checking, Open Source based Application Architectures and Enterprise Social media (like Yammer) a.o.

During 2015-2016 He was the RDS IM Service delivery team lead. Leading a team across the Netherlands and the USA that supports Shell’s New Business Development teams. In this period Peter achieved his LEAN certification in optimizing Shell processes around the management of Most Confidential information

As a Learning Information Technology strategy business analyst he managed the adaptation and implementation of emerging Learning technology ( e.g. video, mobile learning ). Activity was highly focused on Innovation in Learning.

During his career Peter always coached and trained young staff many of which still work at RDS. At a certain point in time he was globally well known as “Mr.Shell Wiki”.

Jacqueline den Otter – Partner of Bloomingcontracts.com, founding partner of JackieFinance. Jacqueline’s industry expertise is with clients in the Finance, Insurance and Real-Estate.

Prior to JackieFinance and Bloomingcontracts.com, She has over 20 years’ experience leading and partnering financial assessments, of which 20 years in the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C.. Her last position was at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which is the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. As a Syndications Analyst at IFC’s Treasury, she managed 25 global projects in portfolio in all sectors comprising of over 60 lenders and US$900 million in committed exposure.
